Who We Are

Mica Creek Capital LLC (“MCC”) is a Colorado limited liability company, registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since July 9, 2025. The firm is led by Michael Patrick McLarney, Managing Member.

MCC specializes in securitized and structured financial product investments and credit-related instruments, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate loans, CRE collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs), CRE collateralized debt obligations (CRE CDOs), and related real estate corporate fixed income obligations.

MCC provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services through separately managed accounts, and discretionary advisory services to pooled investment vehicles, in each case in accordance with each client’s own governing documents and investment objectives.

Regulatory Standing

MCC has no criminal, civil, administrative, or self-regulatory disciplinary history to report.

Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
