Aiden Belt is an Analyst at Mica Creek Capital, where he manages the firm’s data infrastructure and builds full-stack internal applications spanning loan-level analytics systems and CMBS surveillance platforms. He architects and maintains the databases that support real estate credit analysis and loan- and property-level research, and his work extends to integrating LLM tooling into deal pipeline management and surveillance workflows — bridging real estate finance, structured credit, and technical systems development to support investment decision-making.

MS in Real Estate and the Built Environment and BSBA in Business Information & Analytics, both from the University of Denver, graduating magna cum laude.
